15% of Annual Candidate's Salary
Our fee is calculated at a flat rate of 15% of the annual salary of the successfully placed candidate. This fee covers the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support

Tailored recruiter
From £5,500 per month*

Enjoy the benefits of having a dedicated recruiter working exclusively for your organisation at a fixed monthly rate of £5,500. This comprehensive fee covers all recruitment-related activities, ensuring seamless support for all your roles. To maximise the impact of our partnership and deliver sustainable results, we require a minimum engagement period of three months
